Screen Printing

Screen Printing is essentially a process in which a film bearing the design to be reproduced is permanently affixed to a screen using a light sensitive emollition. Inks are forced through the screen using a squeegee on to a tshirt thus forming a facsimile of the original design. The inks are then heated and dried to permanently affix the design to the tshirt.

Set Up Fee
In most cases there is no set up for screen printing. When prints become very complex there may be a set up fee.

Pricing below is based on a white 100% cotton t shirt. The t shirt could be from Hanes, Gildan, Anvil, Jerzee, or Fruit of the Loom. The printing will be done with standard screen printing inks. 1 color ink 1 position on the shirt.
